Powder screw conveyor is a necessary auxiliary machine for plastic processing mechanism. It can directly convey powdered or granular plastic materials to the hopper, high speed mixing machine or stirring machine etc. The parts touching materials are all made by stainless steel, so that in the conveying process, the materials will not be polluted by any contaminant. The installment of this feeder is convenient. It can serve two or more “eaters” if they are using same material. Besides, it saves time and manpower on the security.

The standard unit consists of an inlet, an outlet, a flexible spiral spring, a PPR hose, a motor and a hopper.
Two different types of spirals are available: round and flat. The round spiral is the most commonly used for its maximum strength and flexibility. The flat spiral  is used for applications requiring higher throughputs.
